First and foremost..there are NO REFUNDS on Purchaseware.
When I create the samples I try to make them so that you can
view ALL of the image that are in the packs...so you get what
you see in the samples. Samples are blurred for theft protection.
Anyone who purchases Tubes, As Is Outlines or Outlines w/Tube License
is bound by these terms of use whether you read them or not.
Tubes
DO NOT share purchased tubes with any share groups or anyone else.
(share groups like yahoo, google or msn groups)
DO NOT copy, trace or recolor them and try to claim them as your own.
DO NOT attempt to make outlines from any of the tubes.
DO NOT change the file name.
If the outline is not my own then it's copyrighted to the creator.
A link to the original creator will be provided with the sample.
You may use the tubes to create web sets, signature tags, Incredimail
Stats etc....for personal or profit use.
A link back to www.pixelholic.com is expected as either a clickable
or text link either within the creation or on the same page.

Oulines w/Tube License
ALL Outline Packs are sold with a Tube License Included.
DO NOT share purchased outlines with any share groups or anyone else.
(share groups like, yahoo, google or msn groups)
DO NOT copy or trace them and claim them as your own.
DO NOT change the file name.
Only the purchaser has permission to color these outlines.
You may use the COLORED outlines to create web sets, signature tags,
Incredimail Stats etc...for personal or profit use.
You may offer the COLORED outlines in members areas.
A link back to www.pixelholic is expected as either a clickable link
or text link either within the creation or on the same page.
As Is Outlines
As Is means that you may offer the UNCOLORED outlines in your members area.
As Is also means that the purchaser may COLOR them and offer them as Tubes
in their members area without purchasing a Tube License.
The purchaser as the members area owner may decide if your members may tube these outlines.
The purchaser may color them for personal or profit use.
DO NOT share As Is outlines with share groups or anyone else other than in your members area.
(share groups like yahoo, google and msn groups)
DO NOT copy or trace them and claim them as your own.
The certifcate of purchase or a clickable link MUST be displayed on the page that
the outlines are offered on in your members area to www.pixelholic.com
As Is Outlines w/Altering License
The same terms apply to these as is with the As Is Outlines.
The only difference is that the PURCHASER ONLY has permission to alter the
outlines as long as the end creation doesn't look like the original outline.
This does NOT give the purchaser permission to just chop the outlines up and
put them back together with other outlines. A drastic change needs to be made.
The end creation is the property of the Purchaser but the original outlines
are still copyrighted to me.
The Altering License must be placed on the same page as the new outlines
you create....whether you are offering them in your members area or
selling them as purchaseware.
Anyone found breaking these terms of use will be asked to cease and desist the
use of the graphics in question until the matter is resolved.
